Title: Swampy area, the genome hampered .

Material: A base of perforated Masonite and blue SM underneath, with wooden rods "stuck" into it, onto which the tops of white cattails are fitted. On the ground, six terracotta fetuses are arranged.

Symbolism: Cattails are very common in Quebec. They act as scavengers in the ditches. Since genetics is changing our history, I genetically modified the tops of the cattails. They are white, instead of brown. On the ground, the six fetuses represent the consequences of pollution on unborn children. These terracotta fetuses are speckled with various oxides (iron, manganese, cobalt, chromium, etc.).
